Overview
This export compiles two distinct records: a username-based weekly activity log and a comprehensive list of timestamped workouts. The first dataset lists each user with a total number of logs and a row of weekly markers (x) indicating participation in each week from November 10, 2024 to December 29, 2024. The second dataset records individual workout sessions with precise timestamps, the optional username, and the description of the activity performed. Together, these datasets provide a granular view of user engagement and exercise activity over the period. The content is intended for qualitative review and potential quantitative analysis of workout frequency, intensity, and participation across the user base.
This document preserves all data points from the source, including totals, weekly markers, individual workout entries, and informal notes that accompany certain entries. The goal is to maintain fidelity to the original records so that analysts can reconstruct the complete activity history and verify any derived statistics directly from the exported dataset.
