Overview
This document is a comprehensive, user-curated collection of team builds and character synergies across the Aqua, Ignis, Terra, Ventus, Lux, and Umbra teams. It includes current rosters, future additions, missing characters, and an extensive breakdown of Trekker, Support, and Skill potentials along with the ultimate and auxiliary benefits those builds confer. The author emphasizes that configurations are highly biased and dependent on owned units, and encourages readers to adapt these builds to their own collection and playstyle. The content also attributes some character images to novasora.wiki and notes the author’s personal Discord handle (nahtotamiya). It lists current and planned teams, additional notes on individual characters like Freesia, Amber, Flora, Chitose, Nazuna, Ridge, and Mistique, and provides an exhaustive, sometimes highly technical exploration of potentials and their practical impact on DPS, uptime, and domain mechanics.
The document serves as a deeply annotated reference on how particular character combinations can leverage a mix of auto-attacks (AA), skill rotation, buffs, debuffs, and Mark mechanics to optimize performance within different content scenarios. It also highlights the author’s philosophy: if the reader does not own certain units, they should focus on what they have and reframe the strategies accordingly. Readers are advised that many of the potentials are situation-dependent and that certain builds require precise timing, resource investment, and sometimes rerolling to obtain the best uptime or damage output. The material references a number of specific characters (e.g., Chitose, Iris, Freesia, Teresa, Amber Flora, Nazuna, Ridge, Caramel, Cosette, Mistique, Kasimira) and discusses how their kits interact in a team context. The discussion includes the role of buffs like “Temporal Revival,” “Azure Embrace,” “Let Me Help!,” domain uptime mechanics, and the importance of survival options against different boss types.
Current Teams
- Current teams I'm working on: [AA] Gerie/Nazuna/Ridge
- [Skill] Freesia/Teresa/Flora
The current roster emphasizes combinations focused on auto-attack (AA) ramping and skill-based bursts, with a strong emphasis on buffing allies and maintaining uptime through domain mechanics. These entries reflect the author’s bias toward “AA-heavy” configurations and the need for specific skill interactions to maximize output.
Future Plans
- [AA] Chitose/Teresa/Freesia (Freesia used as a DPS)
- [AA] Nanoha/Ann/Canace
- [AA] Nanoha/Ann/Nazuna (trust me, it works better than you think)
- [Skill] Caramel/Cosette/Mistique
Future ideas extend the roster to include a broader mix of DPS and support, with an emphasis on synergy between Chitose, Teresa, and Freesia, as well as potential replacements that can alter the balance of buffing and damage output depending on the content and target.
Missing Characters
- The current characters im missing: Minova Shia Shimiao - this character is actually terrible im so sorry Shimiao fans
The author notes several gaps in the roster, including Minova and Shia Shimiao, and candidly comments on the potential impact of these absences on team composition. The text includes a lighthearted disclaimer about Shimiao fans and acknowledges perceived weaknesses of those missing characters.
Credits
- the creators of novasora.wiki (I pulled some of the character images from their website)
- AA Chitose Teresa + Iris
- Skill Amber Flora + Chixia
- Skill Freesia Teresa + Flora
Credits acknowledge external sources for asset references and list the core team ideas that influenced the current guide. The text also notes two example team skews: AA Chitose Teresa + Iris and Skill Amber Flora + Chixia, as well as Skill Freesia Teresa + Flora.
Potentials Build Details
These sections detail the heavy, data-driven breakdown of Trekker, Support, Skill, Benefits, Ultimate Skill, and Potential Benefits across different characters and builds. The content contains numerous lines describing raw damage, stat buffs, domain ticks, crit bonuses, uptime, and conditional effects, often with multiple entries per character or scenario. The descriptions include exact percentages, multiplier values, and situational notes such as when a buff is active, when it procs, or how it interacts with other buffs. The material also discusses optimal build priorities (e.g., HIGH PRIORITY, MEDIUM PRIORITY, LOW PRIORITY), the effect of specific skills like Tremble and Fall, and the implications of using Freesia as a buffer versus a dedicated DPS. It emphasizes the importance of skill uptime, area of effect, and the scaling of buffs with the number of targets or duration of effects. The text also compares Iris and Freesia as supports, weighing reliability and investment requirements against potential burst power, with Iris generally viewed as more consistent in staying within its domain. The document contains multiple references to: temporal revival concepts, aura/buff stacking, chain interactions, and the nuanced interactions between Terra, Nazuna, Ridge, and other units when applying Terra’s Terra Damage and Seed Orb mechanics.
Below are the principal blocks and their content as presented in the source document. The formatting uses headings and bullet-like blocks to preserve the original emphasis and structure. Note that many lines include “Get? Max? Get? Max?” prompts that are part of the discussion around optimization choices and potential level checks.

This team REQUIRES Chitose to have "Tremble and Fall", or else her damage output will be significantly lower. Without Tremble and Fall she cannot skip to her sixth auto attack, losing out on its insane damage multiplier in comparison to the rest of her attacks. If you are trying to run AA Chitose and do not end up getting Tremble and Fall, then you need to reset until you do. This build specifically uses Freesia as a tool to get Temporal Revival, which means you will be rerolling a lot. My Freesia is only level 20 at the time of writing, and since Freesia requires more investment than the average support as she's effectively a second DPS, I probably won't make an updated version of this build to accomodate for her unique needs as a support until more of my element teams are filled Get? This potential is only on here because having 3 uses of Torrent Flash is marginally better than dashing. You're probably better off rerolling for any of the other Potentials on this list, but if you have no coins then it's okay to pick up just to get 3 uses of your Main Skill.

Iris, I feel, is a more consistent support compared to Freesia who must gamble for her 240% Squad AA damage. The bulk of Iris' buffs are centered around staying within her Domain, which for most fights is very doable. Running Iris over Freesia also means you only have to fully invest in one character for the Aqua team (Chitose), wheras Freesia will require you to invest in Freesia and Chitose. Get? Max? Get? Max? Skill
These sections detail the skill-based interactions and how the various potentials influence the Skill outputs, with notes on My Freesia’s level, Relic-like effects, and the complexities of stacking crits, tempo, and uptime in various domains. The content includes several lines about “Torrent Flash,” “Temporal Revival,” and the synergy between Freesia and Flora, as well as notes on the limits of crits and the probability of certain buffs triggering. It also discusses the potential trade-offs between DPS and sustain and notes practical investment guidance for readers who may not have the highest resources for leveling up multiple characters.

Similar to Chitose's Flowing Circle, this is another utility potential for her Main Skill that happens to be good enough to take even when you're running AA Gerie. Only take once, as more levels in it will upgrade Skill Damage (which you don't care about).

Katz and Iris vs Freesia: Comparisons in Support Roles
Iris, I feel, is a more consistent support compared to Freesia who must gamble for her 240% Squad AA damage. The bulk of Iris' buffs are centered around staying within her Domain, which for most fights is very doable. Running Iris over Freesia also means you only have to fully invest in one character for the Aqua team (Chitose), wheras Freesia will require you to invest in Freesia and Chitose. Get? Max? Get? Max? Teresa has so many good buffs it will be hard to get all of them. Surge: Immortality will give you permanent uptime on Band-aid Collector and Chitose's Azure Embrace, alongside gauranteeing maxed Let Me Help! against stationary bosses.
