Setting Sailor Goals
In the "Sailor Stats - Goals" section of My Sailors sheet, you will be able to assign goals for each type of sailor. Red = Goal is impossible to reach; Yellow = Goal is possible to reach; Green = Goal is likely to be reached.
Adding Your Stats Groups
To add your stats, simply type them in the light grey section undert the Lv.2-Lv.10 sections, marked as Stats Area above The sheet will assume the level of the sailor based on the highest level with stats provided. This means that it will continue to function even if no stats are provided for some levels. Under the image of each sailor, you can assign it to upto 4 groups. The group's stats can then be compared using the "Sailor Stats - Groups" section.
Finding Sailors
To make it easier to find sailors within the main list, you can check the box next to any sailor in the "Condensed - Sailor List" section which will highlight the sailor red in the main list.
Updates
This section will be updated to show any new changes that are made to sailor stats, or the sheet in general 1) The sheet has been updated to include, minimum possible rolls Removing a Sailor 2) The sheet has been updated to allow up to 100 unique sailors 3) The sheet has been updated to allow up to 4 groups per sailor To remove a sailor, simple use Backspace to delete the stats in the Stats Area, being careful not to delete Lv.1 stats, as this will break the sheet. 4) The sheet has been updated to include 9 unique groups to be assigned Ensure you also remove the Name and Sailor Type, everything marked red below should be removed 5) The sheet has been updated to allow goals to be set for 10 unique types of sailor 6) The sheet has been updated to show the min, and avg sailor stats in the All Sailors page 7) The sheet now works with duplicate names, if the name+sailor type combo is unique My Sailors V0.2

My Sailors V0.3
- 1) Fixed groups not correctly being assigned in Condenced Sailor List In the images above, you can see that some stats are highlighted as Green, while others are Red or Black. This is an indicator to show you if your sailor Min or Maxed rolled
- 2) Data below the minimum value for each level, now highlights errors In the example above, we can see that Lv.8 speed is Green, this indicates that 1.2 is the maximum possible stat for speed at Level 8. 3) Multi Sorting is now implemented This highlighting, also works to tell us if the roll for the current level was a max roll, for example Turn Lv.2 is Green. This is not the Max possible stat for the level, instead its max growth from 3.3. 4) Sailor Type filtering has now been added This highlighting works the exact same way for Minimums, only showing as Red for minimum or minimum growth. 5) Non Unique sailors type+name will now function correctly ie, multiple innos called jeff Finaly, the sheet has built in Error detection, where it will go very red if a given value is not possible. The likely stat tracks what your currently likely to roll on a sailor, the highlighting indicates possible outcomes. Updated Quick Sailors to reflect new changes Oct 16th Yellow, means that you are likely to reach AVG stat. Orange, means you are only able to get to AVG stat if you max roll every future level Green, means that you will hit AVG stat, and Finaly, Red means you cannot reach the AVG stat.
Setting Sailor Goals
Find the section marked as: Sailor Stats - Goals, in this area, you can assign goals for each stat for each type of sailor. The assigned values will be used to highlight differnt areas of the sheet indicating if a sailor is going to reach, likely to reach or cannot reach a given goal.
Sailor Goal Highlighting
The sheet will highlight in differnt places to indicate if the current sailor will reach its goal. Green, means sailor will likely meet its goal, Yellow, means sailor can only meet the goal if it max rolls, Red means sailor cannot reach its goal
In addition to this, if the sailor cannot reach a goal or can reach its goal even if it min rolls, special highlighting will occur
This same system is used in the Condenced Sailor List section, Green being that it can reach the goal, Red being it cannot, Yellow means it requires max roll, just like before
Assigning Sailor Groups
The sheet has a built in Group system, this is intended to make it easier to compare differnt sailor sets. To assign sailor groups just select a number in the sailor group section. Each sailor can be a part of 4 unique groups.
We can see the total stats for a group in the Sailor Stats - Groups Section, for this example, 5 Innocents have been assigned to Group 1
The group assignment of each sailor also appers in the Condensed List and Sorted List,
Sailor Filter/Sorting
In many cases, we just want to find out who is our best or worst sailors of a given type. To do this the Sorted Sailor List section can be used. You can select a given sailor type to filter by (or leave blank to sort all sailors) then select the sort order of up to 5 different stats The checkboxes next to each stat indicate ascending or descending order. The example below shows the list being filtered to only show Innocents, and sort them by highest to lowest speed and turn.
Sheet Navigation
The sheet has a simple navagation system built into it. To get to a sailor quickly, you can select the group section in the Condenced or Sorted List, then click the small link that it shows. This will move you to that sailor in the main sailor list.
To return to the sailor in the condenced list, you can click on the small navigation icons under each sailor
