The 'Omniheroes' spreadsheet is not affiliated with OmniDream Games.
The Omniheroes Tier List & Guide is an unofficial resource created by me for free public
viewing.
All hero images and information are the property of OmniDream Games and their
respective copyright holders.
A lot of inspiration for this comes from the Omniheroes Tier Lists & Guides, which I've
tried to closely mimic in style and structure. Special thanks to the creators and
contributors of those guides for their detailed insights and effort—they’ve been a
significant source of guidance and inspiration.
Ratings:
SS → Exodia - Nobody can replace them
S → Excels
A → Strong / Viable
B → Good / Replaceable
C → Will struggle / Use in desperation
D → Fails / Useless
Tiers with +/- are for easier hero comparisons but still belong to the same category;
they indicate that one hero is slightly better or worse than another with the same
ranking in a specific category.
The differences can be quite minimal and primarily stem from my personal experience.
Ratings assume heroes are at their usable level, which is mostly 12* and at the bare
minimum epic exclusive runes.
More detailed info in the "Grades" sheet.
If you'd like to help me out, feel free to message me on Discord (@Azu/Azuhilies),
either via DM or in the official OH Discord channel—I'm fine with both. If you have any
complaints, disagreements, or spot an error, I'm here for it!

Avatar Name Minimal ⭐
Summary
First complete the minimal PVE requirement before
going to the next section [Endgame Priority List].
Source
(get them from these sources)
Ideal ⭐ Before Moving To
The [Endgame Priority List]. ADDITIONAL NOTES
Elisha 6 A content-clearing machine; effective at 6 after Dahlia 6. First purchase for 6* [Oracle Shop] 7/8
6★ – Provides strong teamwide buffs. 7★ – Becomes a carry unit (weaker than
Pandora).
Dahlia 6
The most broken all-around hero, highly effective at 7 but still decent at 6.
2nd [Oracle Shop], 6*
Finish her 7* with an event card or after Pandora 7 Oracle Shop purchase
7/8
6★ – Sufficient if relying on RNG. 7★ – Guarantees 100% copy buffs.
Pandora 7
Has insane scaling even at low star level (7★), and becomes significantly stronger at 8/9/10★, especially with exclusive
runes. Best Single-Target DPS.
Oracle Shop
Event Card 9
Early investment recommended — Purchase her after you've Dahlia 6/7 and Elisha at 6. Pandora wants 7*
Gaia 6 Works amazingly due to Damage Reduction and Ignore Damage Reduction. 7* Is required only for PVP.
Should be bought after your Elisha is 6, Dahlia 7, Pandora 7 [Oracle Shop]. 7
6★ – Provides strong teamwide buffs. 7★ – Provides a speed advantage, which
is big but only in PVP (ignore PVP until
you can clear RO).
Leviathan 7
High reflect rate lets her cheese a good amount of PVE. Also serves as a decent Tsuki counter — somewhat unreliable at 7★, but still effective. Oracle Shop
Event Card 9 Mulan takes higher priority if you can't beat RO without her.
Mulan 7
Since her release, she’s been a staple in every Rift Odyssey due to her burn % damage, which is also invaluable in other PVE content, making it much easier to clear. She's viable in PVP when paired with AoE heroes that can apply her burn.
Oracle Shop RO Card
Event Cards
8
Helps in CT/RO, usable in PVP but only temporarily, on the same priority as
Leviathan imo [but better in RO than her]. Worse in PVP.
Behemoth 7
Strong in PVP, decent in PVE once she dies to provide the buffs, slightly cheaper than WuZ early on but WuZ with 2-2
runes replace her eventually. Oracle Shop 9
Wu Zetian 6
Similar to Aphrodite, but usable from 6* in most PVE. However, she greatly benefits from exclusive runes for
improved survivability.
Oracle Shop
Event Card 8 Usable at 6 in both PVE and PVP, but excels with Epic Exclusive Runes.
Aphrodite 7
At 7*, she unlocks her Phantom Illusion effect, making her
viable in both PVP and PVE. Ideally, she benefits most from
reaching 8* for Monarch synergy. You can pair her with any
team anywhere.
Oracle Shop
Event Card 8
The PVP Queen, requires 7 and slots in ANY team. Get her to 8 for Monarch Synergy as well!
Tsuki 7
Requires Gaia along with her, benefis from Emily's Epic Excl. Runes. Oracle Shop
Event Card 7 Requires 7* to be usable, but she's not a priority of above heroes.
Hades 7
At 7*, he unlocks his Devour effect, making him viable in both PVP and PVE. Ideally, he benefits from having legendary (or 2-
2) runes for prolonged fights.
Oracle Shop
Event Card 8 Requires 7* to be usable in PVE and 2-2
runes for PVP.
Chang'e 6
Shines at 8* but doesn't have slot in Ygg/Arena due to other PI. heroes being better. Oracle Shop
Event Card 8 Wants 8* to guarantee the Phantom
Illusion effect.
Selector Heroes - Don't waste Oracle's On Them
Ophelia 6
Pairs well with any HP% inc. hero, with incredible value due to HP-to-ATK conversions. Sanctuary is a nice bonus but not essential. A must-have for both PVE and PVP.
Purchase her with Oracles only if it guarantees your pushing NM100, otherwise,
get her from the NM100 Card/WA Shop.
A high value hero in PVE even till late- game, usable in PVP.
Astrid 6
Her unique skill (double ultimate for the hero casting second)
remains useful everywhere, most commonly paired with Atropos or Cleopatra for higher ATK boosts.
Abyss Shop RO Card
In Niche category because she's no longer worth spending Oracles on.
Elmer 7
Get him from the Day 7 Selector Card to 6 and with the Goddess Trials card to 7 Do not spend Oracles on him
Cards Easy to get to 7* for basically, free.
Elowyn 6 Current Niche being RO due to multiple actions. Day 14 Selector Card Mainly a Lamia bot in PVE although she's great due to Awaken buff.
Seraphina 7
Fallen off because you can stack Hunters without her, although still valuable because of how fast she can stack it, and because of her speed.
Day 42 Login Card
Login reward
Her current niche is just shield ignore with
runes and speed.
Lamia 7 Current Niche being RO due to multiple actions. Day 28 Selector
Ygg Shop
Current niche is RO.
Tier Avatar Notes
Must Have
Absolute top priority — both the heroes and their runes excel across multiple modes, giving the best value for the currency.
If you went with Arcane Dorabella instead of Eudora, skip Eudora.
Paid Runes
These runes can only be obtained with real money. If you
want to save, purchase Epic runes and slowly evolve them —
the effects are weaker but it’s far cheaper.
Core Alternative
Strong runes and heroes, but not as
widely useful across
multiple modes
compared to those in
the 'must-have' list.
This list IS ordered!
Strong, Lesser- Used
Team/Meta - Dependent
(Tech)
Heroes in these tiers are too niche or team-dependent. Only build
them if the meta requires it, or if
you have a clear plan to utilize them
for a specific team. Otherwise, they
aren't generally needed for
progression.
This list is NOT ordered!
Niche Picks
Strong
Hero, OK Runes.
These runes are only worth because the hero (e.g., Levi, Ophelia, Althea)
is so strong and used so often that you want to further strengthen them or their teams. The runes themselves aren't broken — the hero is. Epic
versions are fine; Legendary isn't required.
Epic Runess are fine; Legendary isn't required.
Whales Territory
Too expensive for regular players,
but absolutely worth it for whales
to reduce RNG and further enhance heroes.
E/W/E Niche/ Meta/Team Dependant
Runes Too Niche,
Hardly Usable
Best to skip these exclusive runes
— they provide little to no value
compared to their cost.
Absolute Skips
Not worth building or obtaining in
the current meta.

Roll For Unique
Roll For Supreme Impact If Needed Notes
Pandora Dodge
(Protection) DPS
Dodge is often needed without banner for her to survive
the initial damage, otherwise DPS can be better, but not guaranteed. Endbringer (Z) Insane Unique doubles the damage, additional ult is also a nice addition.

DPS imo is the only real answer but I can see Dodge being ok if you're using Eudora just to CC enemies with
the Elisha Blazing Melody (Z) Insane Completely changes the hero.
Doris Reflect Dodge
(Protection)
If Supreme - Reflect
If Unique - Dodge ATK (Z) Insane
Makes Dooms far, far stronger.
Catherine Healing
(Survival) DPS
Healing helps her stack up her passive faster, and pairs nice with other Mystifier heroes that share the healing
(Dullahan, Tiamat). ATK Cure Rate (Z) Insane
Elisha Dodge DPS DPS or Dodge, both are fine options, depending on what you need more. ATK Crit Rate (Y) High Increases her damage cap, unique is a must-have,

Albert Dodge
(Protection) Avenger = Scales of the dodge conversion. ATK (Y) High
Sylvan Dodge
(Protection) Helps in preventing the healing from enemies. ATK (Y) High
Persephone Dodge
(Protection) Avenger = Scales of the dodge conversion. ATK (Y) High Super good when the dodge meta is prominent.
Lamia Reflect Dodge
(Protection)
DPS pre 11-stars is OK, mainly used for RO and occasional PVP if the meta suits her. Abyssal Breath (Y) High
Lachesis Dodge
(Protection) Avenger = Scales of the dodge conversion. ATK (Y) High
Dorabella DPS One of the unique heroes due to her exclusive runes would be to increase her ATK = more Pledge. Baptism Of Dawn
