Damage overtime is limited to just the average of min and max damage. To check your values here, remove crit chance, heavy attack and bonus damage. Then you can check the damage of none crit or heavy attack dots by looking at the Average Total Damage. Crits will get boosted by crit damage but still just use your average base damage.
