Added all of the new artifacts, weapons, and characters that were included in the Season 2 Act 1 update
Added perk recommendations to all of the remaining weapons on the list, including the terrible ones
Updated the builds for the following units
- Wolf now has significantly better 1st and 2nd slot artifacts
- Ikora and Rossi got entirely new artifact sets (Safeguarding Blazar is busted)
- Safeguarding Blazar is now the top choice for every ability damage unit who has healing (Attal, still likely does more damage with her weapons compared to her abilities)

Artifacts 10/17/2025
Increased the Ranking of Spread Artifacts after some retesting for them
- Unrelenting Shell was due for a buff ever since I found its synergy with Unrelenting Evolution, unfortunately it only functions well on a single-shot weapons, so its use cases are very limited making it niche
- Bloodthirsty Shell's Description was updated, cluing me in that it's not actually on hits, but on final blows. Which the final blow requirement is only 2 enemies, which makes it easy enough to proc, and with a primary GL you can constantly proc Unrelenting Shell lessening the need to run Unrelenting Evolution for consistent DR
- Scattering Shell's description was updated to include that it increased damage as well as blast radius, and the hit requirement has also been found to be 2, making it an extremely high damage multiplier that unfortunately has the multi-hit enemy requierment. This greatly enhances its viability for major/ad clear, however is still significantly limited by the fact that it is completely non-functional in a single-target Damage scenario, making it significantly more limited (the damage increase is also removed on swap making it relatively janky to work around.

Any exotic artifacts in each slot, need roughly 2650 power from each artifact.
You can refractor for higher attribute score (=higher power) or grind Chaos: Singularity and pray for higher attribute score rolls as drops. Exotic artifacts can be refractored to around 2500 power with only dust.
That's 2/4 requirements to complete gold medal acclaim. The other 2 are always one legendary campaign mission on challenge difficulty without dying, no time limit, dont need pinnacle energy.

SCORCHED EARTH IS BETTER THAN THIS LMG FOR ESTELA IN EVERY SCENARIO EXCEPT If you are attacking an enemy with other enemies around and you haven't applied Estela's debuff. Scorched Earth will build up stacks twice as fast and more stacks with misfortune applied than the Akutak and will 9 times out of 10 be the better mythic option on Estela On other units (Kabr) who use LMGs, this weapon will likely be much better because Scorched Earth has BUNS perks and this one had great ones including one of the GOATs, Synchopation
