Instructions for Use
First things first: make a copy for your own use ('File' > 'Make a copy'). The things you can adjust to your liking are all on the 'Set Input and Combo Input' tabs. Do not change anything on the other tabs! Select a monster and hitzones. If you input a custom hitzone, enter "Custom" as the monster and "Custom 1" and "Custom 2" as hitzones. Uptime for conditional skills can be adjusted. These should be an estimate for the percentage of hits or damage you manage to inflict while the skill is active. Specifically, you can change the options or values in any grey-coloured cells or checkboxes. Double-click the TOGGLE TO REFRESH checkbox when you finish changing parameters to refresh the damage calculation. DECOS NOW SHOW ALL DECOS. REFER TO THE SLOTS SHOWN BELOW THE DECOS TAB FOR THE SLOT SIZES
Damage is calculated for a number of common combos, all individual hits in the HH arsenal of moves, and for multi-hit moves added together. The time it takes to do certain combos have been experimentally determined by Upgreid and Glass.
First, check the box in SetInput: Highlight as shown below. Paste into the box below the checkbox using CTRL + SHIFT + V if the decos get shifted Down CTRL Z and just paste them Directly DO NOT FEED IT 1/2/3 SLOT < Dont forget to unlink the links (formatting only) How to Copy ASS Output Good Input Example Bad Input Example Def Name Pin/Exclude Def Name Pin/Exclude

Changelog: V3.1.0a STABLE Additions: Added Lagiacrus and Seregios monster data. Known Issues (High Priority):
13 June 2025 V3.1.0 STABLE Additions: Added custom monster entry. You can now simulate hunts and status trigger breakpoints by tweaking base monster health! Added support for Poison Duration Up. Added support for direct exports from WikiDB Armor Set Search (The almighty ASS!) See above for details. Known Issues (Low Priority): Added decoration validation. No more pesky red corners. Selecting Fulgur Anjanath or Yian Kut-Ku Horns in Set 1 prevents echo wave comparisons from displaying properly.
Fixes: Fixed uptimes shifting around based on equipped skills - see the block at the bottom right of SetInput for the new uptime entry space. Element Convert inaccurate proc amounts on low-end sets and monster health Streamlining: Major optimizations to the way that decos are searched. Major optimization to searches and referencing throughout the sheet. Roadmap (Please do not request these, they are on the way):
Laid groundwork for dynamic switching of weapon-relevant skills. Better Normal Scorcher calculation
Improved Nu Udra uptime calculation (now properly tied to Resentment) and Whiteflame calculation (now accurately accounts for looping combos). Weapon Swapping (Partially implemented)
1 June 2025 V3.0.1 Hotfixes Post-release hotfixesCritical Bugfix - Fixed Handicraft not searching for thresholds properly. Dynamic calculation of Weakness Exploit and Mind's Eye Critical Bugfix - Fixed dropdowns not being linked correctly across sets Critical Bugfix - Fixed many calculations not referencing their respective sets. Growing pains! Fixed a bug where crit multiplier would be set to 225% if no Crit Boost was applied. Sadly Wilds has no buff for Let Me Solo Her cosplay.
Fixed a formula that mistakenly believed every item was a demondrug. It's now in rehab.
29 May 2025 V3.0 RELEASE Additions: Added an armor set builder feature. Streamlining: Total overhaul of the calculation sheet structure, including: Significantly speeding up calculations by eliminating failed trees in IF and SWITCH statements. Restructured the buff backend to significantly reduce search requirements, white space, search area, and active cell count. Restructured weapon sheet to significantly reduce search requirements. <- And i took this personally -Kat Restructured melody sheet to significantly reduce search requirements. Moved active calculation to the 'Comparison' tab. Significantly downsized the set calculator sheets. Restructured many complex calculations using LET to make functions easier for humans to parse for troubleshooting.
Improved formulas to reduce the number of iterative calculations. Misc. changes: Restructured SetInput UI to increase information density Renamed Echo Bubble calculation columns to Soundwave. Moved Perform Sound Wave to the Soundwave column for relevant moves. Reworked Resounding Melody calculation to dynamically account for its pierce curve. Removed specific references to echo bubble only calculation as this feature was functionally replaced by the echo bubble dropdown and is now deprecated. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHA -Kat haha jk, its actually depression
Pain and misery -Upgreid

Weapon Move Data {#weapon-move-data}
Weapon Move Data is represented as a large table detailing Move, Damage Type, MV Element Mod, Status Mod, Fixed Raw, Element, Status, Sharp, and other columns. The data is extensive and includes rows for Hunting Horn-specific actions like Backwards Strike, Left Swing, Right Swing, Flourish, Focus Strike, Echo Bubbles, Echo Waves, and many more. The dataset also includes the relationship between Raw/Element values and their respective multipliers, with special notes on how certain moves scale (or do not scale) with raw, sharpness, or elemental status. The content here is designed to feed the calculation engine of the Wiggler Calculator and includes entries for various monsters, armor sets, and decos. Some values are placeholders or notes (e.g., #DIV/0!), indicating edge cases or incomplete data for certain combos. For example, the dataset includes rows such as:
- Echo Wave: 0.50 Raw/Element, 120.5 MV, 279.2 Total Damage (per second) in some configurations.
- Triple Echo: 183.68 Raw/ 173.53 Omega etc. in a per-second basis, with 3.4% uptime.
The full table contains hundreds of lines of data for different weapon moves across sets and monsters. It includes specific sections like: Elemental/Status Echo Wave Calculations, Hitzone mappings for Nu Udra, Artian, Gypceros, Mizutsune, etc., and a complete list of moves and their stat blocks under the Hunting Horn sections. The file also includes a separate dataset labeled "Monster Search Column" that maps monster names to hitzone data, base health, and elemental/status values for a comprehensive search interface. The information is dense and highly interrelated, with anchor-based navigation intended for in-platform linking and cross-referencing for rapid lookups during builds and testing.
Notes
DO NOT PORT - Some formulas are still broken due to MV restructuring.
This document provides a comprehensive view of the Wiggler Calculator for Wilds Hunting Horn, including version history, additions, known issues, and a wide array of data tables for hitzones, armor sets, decos, charms, and weapon moves. It is intended for advanced users who are familiar with the Monster Hunter Rise/Wilds ecosystem, the WikiDB Armor Set Search (ASS), and the internal MV (monsters, moves, and values) architecture used in the calculator. The content includes discussions of uptime estimates, custom monster entries, and dynamic switch logic for weapon-relevant skills, as well as a roadmap section outlining future improvements and feature goals. This dataset is extremely large and deeply technical, designed for people who want to recreate or audit the original data exports used in the Wiggler Calculator for Wilds Hunting Horn.
