Ultra Regal and Ultra Infinite Armor Drop Locations (Level 61-65 enemies primarily drop Ultra Regal, with a rare chance of Ultra Infinite. Level 66+ only drop Ultra Infinite) Definitive Edition added a new Psycho Launcher art called Heroic Tale, that inflicts control and levels up the enemy based on debuff rank, up to +6 levels at rank VI. This does not work on tyrants or enemies immune to control. Leveling up normal enemies does change their loot. Candid light and Meredith medium still missing a level 66+ enemy.
