Overview
Slayerduckie (Rule34 owner/admin) has repeatedly claimed that I’m sending DMCA notices against every single piece of fan art online, even though I’ve clearly stated on Twitter that I only target leaked Fansly/Patreon paywalled content and commissioned artworks that I personally paid for. He portrays it as if I go after all fan arts, when in reality the only things I report are PAYWALLED CONTENT on Rule34, Danbooru, Gelbooru, and sometimes Reddit, because the uploads there are usually reposts from users, not the original artists themselves. I don’t target artists creating fan arts of me, I’m an artist myself, and I love sharing art with everyone. I even have dedicated art tags in my Twitter bio for my community and supporters, for both safe and nsfw content. Whenever a fan art is made by the artists themselves, I post it directly in my dedicated fan art channels in my Discord server, always with direct links so people can support the original creators. Sometimes I love their work and commission them.
During this dispute with Rule34, my own followers have reached out to me and my Discord moderators, sharing instances of my leaked content on his site, and occasionally on other sites as well. Each time, I’ve reported these leaks to CamModelProtection. If they deleted fan arts from rule34 that I haven’t claimed, that was done without my permission/knowledge. As you can see below, these are messages of me asking to remove individual links. And today, I even reached out to CamModel, reiterated that they should only remove the Fansly leaks that I have personally reported while leaving all fan arts untouched, and to also communicate directly with SlayerDuckie to resolve the current situation.
Now here, this is an example of how I was reporting each paywalled content I owned in the past:
___
He claimed that Rule34 is not a piracy website. However, most of the users uploading paywalled content there are not the original artists or creators themselves. While some posts may be free content or preview to highlight the paywalled content, there are also leaks, such as my case. The site even has entire tags dedicated to Fansly and Patreon content, with a tag titled “patreon_reward” and “patreon_leak”. Many Vtubers and artists, myself included, have our work posted there, often without our knowledge or consent. Even when content is reported and removed, it inevitably gets re-uploaded, as has happened to me repeatedly. This means I am forced to submit a separate DMCA claim for every single instance, even if it’s the exact same image or video.
He says he removes content within 24 hours only if it’s reported, meaning that if no DMCA request is submitted, the leaked content simply remains on his site. A website claiming it’s not a piracy website takes down paid content immediately, and doesn’t wait for a DMCA which is usually used as a LAST RESORT.
Still, a lot of my fansly videos (paywalled content again) are up today and accessible:

Regarding what he said here:
His tweet: (https://x.com/slayerduckie/status/1952773591910465602)
You can find Vtubers patreon/fansly paywalled content available on Rule34, not just me, such as Fefe by example.
I could have brought more testimonies from other creators and artists:
Most people don’t go after Rule34 publicly, but I did because I truly hate feeling helpless, especially if it's affecting my friends.
He also claims that every piece of fan art that I don’t own, have been removed from Rule34, which is simply untrue. Even now,
when you search for ‘Saruei_(Vtuber)’ you get redirected to his document, yet fan art of me is still visible by searching for tags
like ‘grey_hair,’ ‘red_eyes,’ or ‘scar_across_eye.’ These are all beautiful pieces I haven’t reported, which is why they remain
available and so he’s spreading misinformation when stating “all” when maybe just a few got removed wrongly by
CamModelProtection. I am completely fine with fan arts of me being on these websites, as long as it is not leaked
content that was originally behind a paywall.

When filing a DMCA claim, you usually have to dox yourself, such as giving your name, surname and address. That’s why
people don’t bother doing it, or they hire a company to take down content for them (for my case, CamModelProtection). As far
as I know, nowhere on his website has he claimed that these pieces of information were not needed to take down posts, and if
he did, then it’s not made clear enough.
At the end of the day, I understand his frustration with how poorly CamModelProtection handled the situation. However, I wish
he could also understand my perspective, and the actual artists (not regular users online) having to repeatedly take down our
paywalled content while we have followers who genuinely enjoy and support our work to get these exclusive contents. It’s
incredibly frustrating to remove the same leaked videos and content month after month, for an entire year now.
I hesitated for a while before deciding whether to address this situation. As you saw in my earlier post, speaking up means
directly acknowledging and, in a way, promoting exclusive paywalled content from the platform, not just mine, but other
creators’ as well.
If SlayerDuckie truly cared about supporting artists and content creators alike, as he claims, then he wouldn’t allow
categories like “patreon_reward,” “patreon_exclusive,” “patreon_leak,” or even “fansly.”
Instead of letting users freely post whatever they want, he should take responsibility by reviewing each submission
individually and ensuring it has the artist’s consent before allowing it on his site. We shouldn’t have to constantly monitor
his website every time we release paywalled content on our platforms just to protect our work.

My art contest from 2022:
And while we’re at it, I recently came across a Reddit post spreading very concerning misinformation, claiming that I scammed
artists out of $5,000.
This is completely untrue. The past art contest controversy was never about money. The issue arose because some artists
were upset that their submissions weren’t showcased during the winner reveal stream. At the time, I had mistakenly assumed
that some entries were traced and responded unprofessionally. I’ve learned from that experience and continue to work on
improving how I handle situations like this.
5000$ was the prizepool. Artists won. Artists received their prizes. But people have been spreading a lot of
misinformations about it.Saying that I scammed, robbed artists, got free art. Which is untrue. I always paid my artists and I still
am working on a daily basis with all of them.

Background and Key Players
SlayerDuckie, the administrator/owner of Rule34, has contested the nature of the DMCA actions and the scope of content being targeted. The author, Saruei, is an artist who participates in paywalled content streams on Fansly and Patreon and publicly shares fan art in support of the original creators. CamModelProtection is cited as the entity handling takedown requests and DMCA processes on behalf of the author.
Paywalled Content and DMCA Claims
The core of the dispute centers on paywalled content that is surfaced on Rule34, Danbooru, Gelbooru, and certain Reddit posts. The author emphasizes that the DMCA claims target paywalled content that originated from Fansly/Patreon leaks and commissioned works paid for by the author, not non-paywalled fan art.
There are references to site tagging schemes like patreon_reward and patreon_leak, which are used to categorize content on Rule34. The author notes that many Vtubers and artists have their paywalled work posted on these platforms without consent and that even after a DMCA claim, content can be re-uploaded or resurfaced.
The author points out perceived inconsistencies in how Rule34 handles takedowns, stating that paid content is removed or restricted based on claims, while other content remains or is re-uploaded. The author argues that each instance requires a separate DMCA claim when it concerns paywalled content owned by the author, even if the image is repeated.
A claim is made that not all fan art has been removed; some fan art is still visible under search terms like grey_hair, red_eyes, or scar_across_eye. This is used to argue that the claim of removal of all fan art is inaccurate.
Evidence and Testimonies
The document provides testimonies and screenshots to support the author’s claims. It includes references to tweets, posts, and direct communications with CamModelProtection, as well as links to pages illustrating the paywalled content and the alleged leaks. The author argues that evidence exists showing paywalled content on Rule34 and other sites, along with discussions about the DMCA process and the need for content owners to prove ownership.
The author emphasizes that the purpose of reporting leaks is to protect the rights of the original creators and to ensure that paywalled content is not disseminated without consent. It is claimed that the site’s tagging system can make it difficult to distinguish between authorized paywalled content and leaked content.
There are also references to the author’s social media activity, including dedicated fan art channels on Discord where art is shared with proper attribution and links to support the creators.
The testimonies stress that the author does not intend to suppress fan art generally, but to address paywalled content leaks that infringe upon the rights of the creators and the platforms hosting the content.
Art Contest 2022
The author addresses rumors concerning a Reddit post alleging that the author scammed artists out of $5,000. The author clarifies that the 2022 art contest had a prize pool of $5,000, and prizes were awarded and distributed. The author explains that some artists were upset that their submissions weren’t showcased during the winner reveal stream and acknowledges that some entries may have been misrepresented. The author states that they have learned from the experience and continue to work with all artists. A high-resolution image of paid winners from the art contest is linked here: https://i.imgur.com/NZDU9LF.png.
(Images throughout this section illustrate the paywalled content discussions, including the timelines and the paths of various DMCA-related communications, as well as social media posts and screenshots.)
Current Status and Outlook
The author reiterates that the dispute with SlayerDuckie has persisted for over a year. The ongoing nature of the issue includes ongoing reports of leaks to CamModelProtection and direct messaging with involved parties. The author insists that the content in question is paywalled material from Fansly and Patreon and is not fan art created by third parties without permission. The author emphasizes the need for accountability on Rule34 and similar platforms to avoid indiscriminate removal or spread of paywalled content.
The author asserts that posts and content continues to be accessible on Rule34 and related sites, and that the DMCA process should be used as a last resort. The author argues that the platform should enforce artist consent for any submissions, rather than allowing paywalled content to be posted without permission.
There are calls for direct communication between the platform operators, the content owners, and the creators to resolve the situation without unnecessary censorship of fan art.
Conclusion
The document portrays a long-standing confrontation over how paywalled content is managed and removed on Rule34 and other platforms. It emphasizes the importance of protecting the rights of paywalled content creators, the role of DMCA takedowns, and the need for responsible handling of claims by platforms to minimize damage to artists and the broader fan art community. The author reiterates a commitment to sharing fan art where appropriate and paying artists for commissioned works, while continuing to advocate for the rights of creators against unconsented leaks and paywalled content being posted without permission.
