FORMAT OVERVIEW
The format for this tournament is a 3 week season, with 6 event days in total (2 each week). All stages will be played in Verdansk Custom Lobbies in the Trios Ranked Playlist. The format for the first 5 dates is Best of 6 maps. The final date will be a Match Point Grand Finals featuring the Trios that qualify through the stages prior. Here is the info on Fully Loaded:
PARTICIPANT INFO
- 75 Trios in total. Trios will be split into 3 groups of 25 to start the season.
- Group A: 25 Trios
- Group B: 25 Trios
- Group C: 25 Trios
- Each Group will play each other once. Each group will play in 2 Group Stage dates
GROUP SEEDING
- The admin team will seed all 3 groups as soon as 75 Trios are locked for the season.
- Groups will be announced as soon as possible - Monday, September 8th at the latest.

- Groups Day 1 - Tuesday, September 9th - Group A vs Group B
- Group A - 25 Trios
- Group B - 25 Trios
- 6 Verdansk Maps - Custom Lobbies
- Groups Day 2 - Wednesday, September 10th - Group B vs Group C
- Group B - 25 Trios
- Group C - 25 Trios
- 6 Verdansk Maps - Custom Lobbies
- Groups Day 3 - Tuesday, September 16th - Group A vs Group C
- Group A - 25 Trios
- Group C - 25 Trios

- Trios points are combined across both of their respective Group Stage dates. At the end of Groups Day 3, trios are slotted into Group Stage Upper/Lower Final.
GROUPS UPPER FINAL
- Thursday, September 18th - Top 50 from Group Stage
- Top 50 trios from Group Stage compete in Upper Final
- 6 Verdansk Maps - Custom Lobbies
- At the end of the day, Top 25 trios advance directly to Grand Finals
- The top 15 trios from Groups Upper Final will start Grand Finals with points. Each of those trios’ average points per map will be calculated across their 6 Upper Final maps. That average is then divided by 2, and the result is the trio’s starting score in Grand Finals
- Bottom 25 trios are slotted into Groups Lower Final
GROUPS LOWER FINAL
- Tuesday, September 23rd - 50 Trios competing - Bottom 25 from Groups standings + Bottom 25 from Upper Final
- 6 Verdansk Maps - Custom Lobbies
- At the end of the day, Top 25 trios advance to Grand Finals
GRAND FINALS
- Thursday, September 25th - 50 Trios qualified from prior stages.
- Verdansk Custom Lobbies
- Call of Duty: Warzone Match Point format
- Match Point Threshold: 130
- The top 15 trios from Groups Upper Final will start Grand Finals with points. Each of those trios’ average points per map will be calculated across their 6 Upper Final maps. That average is then divided by 2, and the result is the trio’s starting score in Grand Finals
POINT DISTRIBUTION
Trios will be awarded points based on their performance in each match. Points are awarded after each match. The points distribution is as follows:
- Kills
- 1 point per kill
- Placement Multiplier (multiplier applied to total number of kills)
- 1: 2x
- 2-5: 1.8x
- 6-10: 1.6x
- 11-20: 1.4x
- 21-35: 1.2x
- 36-50: 1x
PRIZE POOL
There is an overall prize pool of $60,000. There is a smaller amount of prizing on Days 1-4, no prizing on Day 5, and majority of prize pool on Day 6, Grand Finals. Here’s the prize pool breakdown:
- Groups Day 1-3: $3,000 each day
- 1st: $1,500
- 2nd: $1,000
- 3rd: $500
- Groups Upper Final: $1,000
- 1st: $1,000
- Grand Finals: $50,000
- 1st: $18,000
- 2nd: $9,000
- 3rd: $6,000
- 4th: $4,500
- 5th: $3,800

TEAM SUBSTITUTIONS
We will allow substitutes where possible. If you need to sub a player out for a day, you must use a player that is NOT rostered, or has not played or subbed in Fully Loaded during any stage. If you need a substitute, please ping the admin team as soon as you’re aware. You must receive confirmation from the admin team regarding your substitute(s). Any change must be approved by the admin team first.
GETTING INTO LOBBY / POST MATCH
The Custom Lobby code will be announced on the Official Discord Server once it’s created. All members of a team must arrive in the lobby within 5 minutes. Your team will be assigned a Team Number which is reflected by your team’s roles and channel names on the Official Discord server. When joining the Custom Lobby, please join your respective team slots.
Party Privacy MUST be set to Private or Invite Only
HIDING SCREEN / GETTING INTO LOBBY
- If a player leaks code once, the team will receive -5 points and will be reminded of the ruleset. (1st offense)
- If a player from the same team leaks code, the team will skip the next game. (2nd offense)
- If a player from the same team leaks code, the team will be disqualified and removed from the event. (3rd offense)
- You may use these WTF graphics to hide the code while in the lobby
GLOBAL BANS
- Note on Global Bans: Everything is allowed in Gulag
- Perk glitch is banned - you are not allowed to utilize the glitch that allows multiple perks of the same ‘category’
- Streamer mode is banned.
- Shore Leave Bundle - Low Tide skin is banned. (Bailey Operator Skin)
- Ento Titanium Core Terminator skin is banned.
- DM-10 is banned
- TR2 submachine gun variant/blueprint is banned. TR2 ground loot is ok to use.
- If you end up spectating another squad while your team is still alive in game, you are not allowed to give any information regarding that squad.
- Main Stream accounts only - no unlisted or alt accounts are allowed for this event
- Face Cams are mandatory - players will be receiving warnings and could see their points removed
- Face Cams must be on main stream:
- No Stream Delays
RESTART PROTOCOL
- For a restart to occur during pregame, a player must flag a game breaking issue (disconnect, dev error, etc.) to an admin prior to the plane cutscene.
- Restarts may occur during a match in the event of a server/lobby wide issue.
- Disconnect rules may be adjusted mid-tournament if excessive disconnect issues occur. Tournament staff has final rulings over which lobbies may be restarted due to disconnects, and any updates to the rules regarding them.
