Run until at least Undead, Angel, Goblin, and Titan Advanced Heritages purchased (Dragon, Dwarven, Drow, Angel, Goblin, and Titan if using Dragonline). After e24, you should be running until _at least_ a 10x gem gain, but it’s beneficial to run all the way until you start mana wasting (~1hr) or longer. Notable gem ranges:

• e25 slows a lot until e28. One option is to do a much longer run with Undeadline (~3hrs - less with more gems - until you can buy DGAH, which then speeds up other AHs) and should net you around an e3 (1000x) gem gain.

• e31 is pretty slow as well, this one the only real option is to just wait on faction coins.

• For long runs, don’t buy the Temporal Flux 4 tier upgrade until after you get Dragon Advanced Heritage (it’ll slow you down, and will be much faster after DGAH).

Notes:

• Gem ranges are highly dependent on offline time, more offline time means you can shift ranges to lower gems (for example, 12 hours allowed me to start the e21 gem range at e15 gems. Offline time should be done at the start of the Reincarnation, and is best spent as Demon for upgrades that scale off Evil and/or Chaos time and Hellfire Blast activity time.

• Max Excavate each run.

• Unlock Demon Set 2 asap.

• For e35+, while mana regen is low, it can help to limit spell tiers (except Infinite Spiral) to tiers that can be cast with 1s of mana regen. Remember to increase tiers as mana regen increases.

• Use D5625,D5875 if you do not have D11125 unlocked yet, production/faction coins will be slower though - you will need to wait on mana to rise enough for Tier 2 Infinite Spiral for things to speed up.

• R233/R234 the final stretches are long, aim for ~10x gem gains each era after e51 gems. Overall comment: This build is great if you want to take some breaks between reincarnations - 1-2 hours offline between and this goes nice and quick. It’s also one of the best builds to use after a night of offline (Heavenly Drow Mines also will do very well with that sort of offline time).

Notes: Same basic setup with minor modifications seems to work all the way from early start to completing Rs (currently R249); I do have gift of kings and a substantive event bonus, so I don’t

know how that will affect results for people without them. If you do not have the coins to buy the upgrades for the higher tier legacies, utilize lower options instead/reincarnate to rerun with more gems. Doesn’t really rely on any pre-buffing, but at least a few minutes of time is needed on elf/undead to make use of later researches. Probably a fair amount of things that still need optimization. The build generally needs less than 10 minutes per run to get to a good amount of gems, so reincarnate early rather than waiting a long time to try to push for more upgrades.Remember to check dragon breath effects blue isn’t very useful, white is only good after getting dragon upgrades that buff it, and black is minimal without spending more time in the run. Red/Green carry a lot of value and yellow adds a decent amount.

Still works in 4.3.2, but maximum effective gem range without trying to get more buffing is probably significantly reduced and isn’t as smooth of accelerating through as before.C11875 does not appear to be worthwhile over C5875 & C5625 with 10 hours of activity time not sure if/when there would be a breakpoint that does make it a better option.

Notes from Cinnamon (10/11/2025): This build is meant to be used as a setup build for the higher ranges of Cocaine Druid by optimizing the time spent to unlock F11750 and A11625 by being both evil and balance. Like with Cocaine Druid, do not spam excavations, and in fact, do not buy more than 100-1000. This produces quite a bit of gems, albeit the build alone is not quite as fast as some of the big hitters, such as Cocaine Druid, Titan Starter, or Infernal Fae Mines with some offline time.

This build has a similar speed to Squids on Meth at first, but eclipses it in gem prod the higher you are in gems. Sit in Goblins for a few minutes until you are at +750 extra budget in the F branch at e25-e30 gems otherwise you cannot access F11750. Also buff undead time for a couple of minutes to get A11625. Some gem ranges may be inaccurate for the legacies, so just make sure your main priority is getting FRB and FR/GB. This build relies more on what dragon breath effects you have than Squids on Meth, as yellow and green are far far stronger here.

Infernal Fae Mines

Basically its online time is shorter than other builds, but its total (offline+online) time is longer.

• Drow Set 2 is _extremely_ easy to get.

• Drow Union -> Infernal Realms

• For portions where mana regen is low, limit spell tiers.

• e52 gems is a longer run, it takes ~20 minutes to get to Demon Union, then you want to wait until Drow Union and at least DW2 purchased to get the final legacy. It should net a significant gem gain however (~e6) which will make future runs much faster.

Notes:

• Performs better after first climbing with Infernal Fae Mines to buff W12250, DM10, FR11, and FR12, as well re-using the offline time needed for that build.

• W12250 -> W5625,W5875 if W12250 is not unlocked or not buffed (~1000%)

• (DWB) -> (DNG) for excavating the Astral artifact, save some excavations for startup. Possible to dig past 50k around e87 gems, but better to push to e90 to be able to push through some small values.

• During startup if Faceless Alliance is slow (for mana regen), limit spell tiers.

• Excavating ~100 can speed up getting the final legacy (but not required)

• Needs some babysitting to keep Dragon Union targeting Unique Buildings. Fine control with Call to Arms tiers, coarse control with Infinite Spiral tiers, uncontrollable variance from FC10. Use the highest Infinite Spiral tier that still targets Unique Buildings, or just go max tiers and wait on FC10.

• Ideal breaths: Red > Yellow > Green ~= Black > White > Blue

• Quick runs until ~e87 gems, then optional buffs: Faceset, DM10, FR10, W12250 (2000%+, use W12250 unlock build)

• There is a pretty slow patch around e63 gems. This is probably the best place to do a longer Djinn Breakthrough run.

• Djinn Breakthrough: Run around 30k excavations, e65 gems. The wait is on Fairy coins for Djinn Treaty (~20 minutes). For the first run, stay in the build until FR12 is at least 1e6% mana regen (~1e9 chaos casts). You can speed this up by reverse casting Hellfire Blast (or Maelstrom). The wait in this case will make future runs much faster.

• Transition out of Djinn Breakthrough when you can get to Djinn Treaty in reasonable time with the next build (~45k excavations and affording DW12 before Djinn Treaty is a good benchmark).

• Once you’re in Djinn territory, longer runs are beneficial to ramp up DJC2.

• Drow Union -> Infernal Realms until DJ4, then Drow Union -> Evil Fortresses.

• For the final stretches, you’ll need to wait for LW: Trophy Count T4 -> LW: Trophy Count T5 for good production (~1/6 of time spent).

IMPORTANT NOTES: Any iterations of FRG are optional. As with Cocaine Druids, the most important thing is to get FRB and FR/GB. Make sure that you're able to afford F11750, C108/C111, and A11625 before running the dragonset variant. At this point, you can be a little less conservative in excavations since you are aiming to buff C108 for the e65-e104 research variant, but still make sure you're careful at the early end (up until you are able to swap back to Dwarfset at e65). In Ascension 4, there are almost no buff builds that have to be used while pushing gems and reincarnations to R279, due to the little required setup that each build has, and this is especially true before R255. Instead of gems/reincarnations being a determining factor on build classifications (Low End, Mid-Range, High End), the primary factor used in this instance is time spent as a certain alignment to gain research points.That being said, most of these builds assume max gems, so it is suggested to be there. However, there are still a few builds you can use as you’re pushing reincarnations, and they can be found typically at the very top of each build section.

High-end as in you need a lot of Undead (s122), Evil/Balance (Economics Facility), and Order/Balance (GB/UD) time to afford both E-researches. Titan/Dragon can be done the earliest (Dragon’s Breath + Precognition), followed by Druid and Faceless (Dragon’s Breath), followed by Angel (Precognition), followed by the rest.

Take DNB if non-Good. Take FRB for Brothel/Dragon Pasture. Take TTG for Burning Abyss. Take F11750 If needed for extra legacies for cost reduction. Other picks are situational (ex: C118 is useful when Warcry is useful), S5875 is generally a good pick, etc. Fill in remaining research / legacies with production / assistants depending on what’s available to the faction

you’re maxing. It’s a balance of getting enough faction coins for research budget from Faceset, and production to hit coin cap. Note: Angel is trickier to hit +3000 RP on Faceset, so has its own build. Undead and Goblin lose UD/GB, and Dwarven requires Titanline (TTP1), so this won’t work for those. 4.3.2: With the production hits, it’s trickier to hit coin cap now. Most builds you’ll likely need more budget to slot in some good production researches (ex: Dragon Pastures needs all of its legacies towards faction coins and cost reductions AND GBB UDG DNB (FRB), so you can really only grab production from research). I may make separate builds for each building in the future since it takes a bit of thought to max them now. If all else fails, W13125 + W12250 should mostly solve production issues, but will require more Undead/Evil/Chaos time.

• Don't forget to target Drow Union at Hell Portals if production isn't quite there. Being Djinn Demons though, production will likely work itself out if you just run it long enough if you're close.

• No idea if this is optimized, there may be a much lower budget version available or better legacies than AND and FRD. If you can get all the vital research, you can try for this. The rest is just what I picked for production. In particular this relies on having a large W118, if yours isn't in the 1000%+ range, consider W122/W131 instead, then drop C113 for something else. A118 is another that may not be large for you, mine is 1e10% production (with A131), if yours is a lot lower consider other options. F110 is taken mainly to take advantage of A131 to make T5 Limited Wish a non-issue. Another option could be F120 and AN/GB.

• As an evil build with lots of TC worth bonuses, production can be deceiving. At e278 listed production, this still hits coin cap for me very easily (~e14-e15 tax collection seconds)

Notes from Cinnamon (Prior to 7/9/2025): One thing that must be highlighted is whether to pick W11375 or W11875. Realistically, the only reason you’d pick W118 is if you are doing a shorter run with angelset, to take advantage of the second effect. Otherwise, it’s typically best to pick W113, and the disparity grows even more the longer you spend in a particular era. Needs about 14d this R to begin to boot the mid-range variant. Before this, I’d suggest using A Cat Named Mittens. Seems to have a lower base than Mittens, but way higher and faster scaling due to DJC1. EL/AN will scale over time with FR4 and ANP6, so the longer you run this build the higher it will go.

Notes From Cinnamon (Updated 7/9/2025): Testing during event has revealed that mana regen is far more important than recognized earlier for those at the higher end of buffing. For this, the build has been updated with these 2 new high end variants, one for shorter runs (Variant 2) and one for longer runs (Variant 3). That being said, Variant 2 will be heavily dependent on W11875 buffing, so it is suggested if you are starting out on Variants 2 and 3 to use Variant 3 first, then swap over once your W118 gets super high. This also determines how long it will take for Variant 3 to pass Variant 2 in terms of sheer mana produced. C116 will yield higher mana through click power > EL/AN, while C118 will yield higher CtA > higher total ants > DDS/S56, so pick which one works best for you. If this isn’t clear already from the number of documented variants, this is an extremely buff-dependent build, so play around a bit if you find something not working well for you.

Like Fairies Got Hands, this one depends a bit on your buffs. Feel free to test out tweaks to this and add suggestions (a lot depends on personal buffs on your save).

Tweakable options:

• F11750 vs F11000: This will depend on how good of a buff you have on assistant legacies, and how much activity time you have for F11000. For example, for me (5430%

FC3) and ~160d of faction spell activity time (for the spells used), F11750 performs about 1.5x better than F11000, even for very long runs.

• D10875 vs D11375: D113 gives a slight bump in assistants for D5875, but its main purpose is research budget, so use D10875 if you don’t need the budget.

• W5625 vs W5875: If you have D10875, W5875 _may_ give you more assistants, but you’d have to test. W5625 buffs DJ5, W5875 buffs D10875. For my [lojack] save, W5625 consistently gave ~10% more assistants. For other folks, W5875 gave more.

• When choosing between UDD/FCB - first make sure you have W11875 active, then pick the one with the bigger assistant buff. It’s assumed DWD > TTD > others, so if that’s not the case adjust those as needed as well. Other Notes:

• Buffed Faceset needed (a good MKFR buff beforehand)

• If short on budget, before giving up or changing researches, make sure to hit INF cost on all unique buildings first (DGP3 gives budget). Buffing W118 will give more budget, as well as the usual sources (alignment times, Undead time with S12250). If still off, then try D108 -> D113 or E116->E135 (building counts for DGP3 again), but you'll have to test if a higher version with these changes is better than lower without.

• Mid-range can take a few hours to pass MKFR (for me it was ~1hr)

• Tweak Dwarven Union by going offline for a few seconds to change DJ5

• Spend extra research budget for DJ3 (prioritize researches with higher individual digits, such as 5250 (+12) > 5500 (+10))

• It takes some time for the higher-end build to perform better than the mid-range one. In my [Huang Sean] test on R279 save(around 180d this R), it took 1.5d for higher-end to catch up mid-range(F117) build, and 1.76x better when the mid-range fairy chanting duration ended(5d6h). After that the difference widened, in 8.5d higher-end performs about 4x better than mid-range build.

Notes from Cinnamon (9/29/25): This build seems to be one of the strongest and the cheapest faction coin builds that I could make in my month-long faction coin buff journey. Some on the discord have anecdotally claimed that this could be even stronger than Alex’s Extreme-End build, but testing will need to verify these claims. This is essentially Variant 2 of Fairies Got Hands, but with TTD > DWB, C108 > C131, and D108 > D122. You may drop C58 if you don’t have the budget required, and you can swap D122 back to D108 if you don’t have the budget required either. I believe the build will still be very effective at the barebones minimum researches needed.

Update (10/9/25): After testing without Idillium, I can confirm that this build seems to be way stronger than the below Metacognition, with a far less hefty RP requirement. I may consider deleting all but this build and So You Want More A11625 in this section in the next few days as a result.

(Kind of ironic that the D135 buff doesn’t even need D135 to be “optimal”)

Kermit Watching the Rain (General Time Gathering Template)

Notes: Faceset seems to be the best for rushing union + extra RP, otherwise angel/druidset for spell duration. If order, A5375 for spell duration. If chaos or neutral, E13500 for spell duration. If angel or demon, D5875 to have an extra spell running. If any legacy or combo is unavailable, consider ELD and EL/AN as replacement. The rest can be filled in as you like. AN/FR (Twisting Nether) isn’t counted for S5375, AR8 however it still boosts AN11. Spending time as neutral factions is a lower priority since only good, evil, chaos, order and balance time boosts research facilities, so you may put that off and mostly use them for bloodlines. *If Undead, run Undead Bed instead. If Elves, consider doing a long run of Roses and Clover instead.

I Found the Fae Crystals! (Low-End FR12 Buff)

Notes: Modified from existing ideas in the W122 and Infernal Fae Mines builds. Utilizes just about the same upgrades but for differing reasons. D5875, while ordinarily okay-ish, as well as E13500, which is very good, are highly deceptive here, as they heavily increase spell duration, thus giving you less casts of Maelstrom and Hellfire Blast. This should net you more casts than some builds that you see in the comments of other builds, but will have a slightly longer setup. D5125 is not impactful here at all, but is added for DJ3 purposes.

Fae Crystal Magic (Mid-Range+ FR12 Buff)

Author: CinnamonBoast Requirements: +3000 GB/UD and enough alignment time to obtain all the researches required, and must be online Makersline Demon Demonset S5375,S5625,S5875,C5625,C11375,D11375/D11875/D12250,D5625,E11125,A13125,W11875, W5375,F5750,F11000 AND, GBD, UDG, FRD GB/UD

Buffs: S5375 (paying special attention to God’s Hand if you’re able to boot D12250 effectively), mana produced (just enough to where W11875 does something, but I’d suggest 100-200% as a starting point), D5625, Mountain Palaces if running D11875.

Notes: Same concept as above, but you need a pretty solid amount of time for the researches. Fun fact: Taking F11500 actually hurts the build, cause as of 6/12/2025, DG hasn’t fixed a bug where set 2 effects still apply to that research, so it’s not a good idea to take it. On the D branch, you’re going to need to use what your buffing warrants. Do you not have _quite_ enough RP? Take D11375. Are your angel coins making enough with D12250 to where it is surpassing your other faction coins by a few OOMs? Take D12250. If neither is the case, then take D11875. You need to be able to also afford D5625, since that has a big impact on Demonset. If you have enough RP on the E branch, then take E5625, but it is not required for the build to work.

Trophy/Unlock Builds

For the most part, unlocks should not be done the moment they are available the time required would be very high for almost no reward:

• Research: You won’t really have the opportunity to use any research bigger than the 5k A3 researches until R230. It’s also a bit expensive on the faction coins to hit 10000 on each facility (it becomes much cheaper after that) - so don’t worry if you haven’t even revealed some researches until you get to R230. Early on you can use Reincarnation power to help with faction coins - Titan (faction) will give D and E facility, Undeadline

gives A facility. You can use Faceline or Fairyline for S, Dragonline for F, Druidline for C and W facilities.

• Artifact Sets: Titan, Undead, Faceless, and Demon are reasonably achievable before R230. The rest don’t bother with until R230+ unless you have a great small value. You may want to save Demon for small value pushing if you don’t plan on using Demons for production.

• Spell Tiers: Most spell tiers you won’t really be able to even cast at Tier 5 until R225 at least. Before R230, only work on spells you’re using in builds already and don’t require you to spend too much extra time.

• One thing to think about with spell tiers (now that Call to Arms is achievable before Astral unlock), is getting all to Tier 5 for Arcane Brilliance. While not incredibly important without builds that can take both A13125 and F11000, Arcane Brilliance does provide some max mana, especially in any builds that use AN/FR.

Here’s an example timeline of when to unlock things. If it’s not listed, that means it’s probably not worth the time/effort until a later reincarnation.

R220-R224 :

• F11250: Excavation requirement met around e30 gems in R224

• Temporal Flux Tier 5: Can be done during your final production era of R224 (UDTT)

• Call to Arms Tier 5: Near the end of R220 R225-R229:

• Demon Tail (Demon Set 2 artifact), Blood Frenzy Tier 5, Hellfire Blast Tier 5, Maelstrom Tier 5, C11375, D11375, and D11625 (R227+) all pair well together.

• Lightning Strike Tier 5: Titan, Titan Set, and ELS with a longer era.

• C11625, E11625, W11375, F11500, F11750: Can be unlocked naturally as you progress.

• Gem Grinder Tier 5: Unlock at the end of R228 before reincarnating, or push past R gems in R227.

• W11125: Angeline Titan/Undead with A5375 (quick)

• S11875: This is now fixed (counts more don’t affect this), unsure of when you will have enough buildings naturally now, but should be doable R235+ easily. R230-R234:

- Work on remaining Artifact Sets (also will unlock D11125). Heavenly Drow Mines / Infernal Fae Mines are probably the best builds to push small values, depending on which artifact you have _not_ dug up already (just don’t accidentally dig up that faction’s Set 2 until the others are done).

• Novice Combinator: Can be done with Heavenly Drow Mines at e45+gems, switching the last legacy to anything Titan.

• A11625: Makersline Elf Merc set, DDB, ~17k excavations (quick)

• C11875: Elfline Elf Merc Set (quick)

• F12000, A11125, F12500, E11125,C11125: Should unlock naturally as you progress.

• W11625,W11875,S11125: Heavenly Drow Mines unlocks these easily (then run Druids/Druidline at least once to cast Grand Balance to complete the W11875 unlock). R235-R254:

• Prestige Artifact Sets (R235): Order of easiness: Drow > Dragon > Dwarf, but all are fairly easy.

• E11375: MKFR Dwarfset (quick)

• Expert Combinator, E13500: naturally as you progress

• Spiritual Surge Tier 5: Naturally in R240

• D13125: unlocked easily with Titan Starter

• W13125: easy unlock using E5625

• E13125: Any build that can get AN8

• Begin focusing on Tier 5 spells each night (collecting activity time), then do the unlock before you Reincarnate the next day. Start with base + prestige factions first, leave Limited Wish and Precognition for last (they are the hardest of the Astral spells, so if you happen to climb all the way to Astrals in the meantime it will be much easier). I’d recommend working on spells without builds below first (since they are trivial beyond just getting the activity time). You can try to use the unlock builds before R242, though some adjustments may need to be made (the general idea of each build should still be sound though).

• Note: If unlocking Limited Wish Tier 5 before Astrals, it is best done just prior to unlocking S13125 (R239+), since you can collect activity time for Catalyst at the same time, which helps that unlock build. R242/R244: These are the last research reveals. You _can_ stop here for a very long reincarnation to unlock things, but it is highly recommended to just keep climbing to R255, while still working on spell tiers. There are builds below for the unlocks that need some thought. If you’re doing unlocks in R255 you can either use these as a base, or make your own build - everything will be _much_ easier. If doing unlocks _before_ R242, just note that climbing beyond reincarnation gems may be needed for some of the builds, but attempt without climbing further first. In either case, you should wait until R255 for the following:

• E11875

• F13750 R255:

• Astral Unlock, push beyond reincarnation gems (lineage levellers work better with all astral upgrades purchased - stated as e138 gems but may be doable at lower gems). This is fairly quick with Astrals unlocked.

• Any remaining unlocks. Combine time requirement unlocks with spell tier unlocks. Do this before lineage leveling so the time spent helps out faction coin upgrades (for example, AND).

• Level all Lineages to L100
