Pact Spirits

Pack Spirits are crucial for any build, so below are listed pets i use, ranking from Legendary Magic.

It is ideal to use ALL 3 Legendary pets but if you do not have any, I've included alternatives both Rare and Magic.

PSA: In the later stages of the build, I may test / utilize movement speed pets as speed is king. Especially if you find yourself not needing any more dps for mapping.

Legendary Pact Spirits

Swaying Bonnie: Grants +2 max channeled stacks + Movement speed (Best tier 1/6 pet imo)

Abyssal King Soul: Being the only source in the game for additional REAP CDR + Movement Speed

makes him insanely strong in the late game, allowing you to reach reap cdr break points. (Best tier 6/6 pet imo)

Portrait of a Fallen Saintess: Offers a great amount of erosion penetration early on. Very crucial before obtaining other sources of erosion pen.

Rare Pact Spirits

Letice Flame: Gives reap CDR + Movement speed and additional sources of damage / affliction

Greedy Chestnut Radiance: Gives additional source of damage / skill duration

Magic Pack Spirits

Shocket Violet: Gives reap CDR + Movement speed and additional sources of damage / affliction

Luluri Golden Leaf: Gives additional source of damage / skill duration

Treasure Trove

Treasure Trove are side zones that give a TON of exp and exclusive legendary items. You’ll want to complete each one as they also give you an additional talent point.

Below are specific troves I suggest you re-run for their exclusive item

Treasure Trove: Nectar Valley | Level 16

Grace Boots: Grants a lot of movement speed if you reach MAX focus blessings. Thankfully the boots come with a source of granting them but

Thea 3 also naturally generates all 3 types of blessings.

Treasure Trove: Dawn Avenue | Level 27

Scepter of Excommunication: Insanely strong weapon that you’ll want to dual wield them. They will carry you to maps, so make sure you re-run this trove til you have 2.

Treasure Trove: Sanctuary of Solitude | Level 35

Unholy Prayer: This ring has 3 variant (Agility / Focus / Tenacity) blessings. Ideally you’ll want to equip 2 of these rings but with either agility / tenacity or a mix of both. Reasoning is focus blessing grants the most damage out of the 3 blessings, being Thea 3 means that + any blessing will instead be converted to desecration stacks.

Treasure Trove: Hall of Grandiosity | Level 54

Gauze of Phantom Sin: This chest has been nerfed in SS10. Now rolls between -1 / +1 blessings, so you’ll want to farm out a decent one with good positive rolls.

Leveling?

PSA: There are a ton of leveling guides out there for Thea 3, so I don't find it necessary to add another one, as they are all similar.

MC Swap

Mind Control won’t be available til level 55, but i recommend you just use your leveling skill til around timemark T3 / T4. This is because scepters start dropping around that mark and you can get yourself a decent crafted scepter for Mind Control.

One thing I do want to mention is that it is possible to level with MC at level 55. I did last season and it was great, but I do have legendary pets to help me out.

That being said, it's one of those situations where you have to feel for it. Either you play it safe and get to T3/T4, find 2 scepters and craft them so you can swap to MC or be a mad man like me and level with it from level 55.

“Bunch” on pedigree was free from traveler quest

All of my slates were self farmed but the “frail” mod is really good if you use frostshield

Hekate’s Vision is a very good helmet granting 20% additional damage to cursed enemies and taking 20% reduced damage from them

Fully T1 first scepter

Dropped “Bunch” for “impending” pedigree

Valerie’s Night Stroll boots were a priority to me (consider King’s Boon or crafted boots)

Valerie’s is not a DPS increase but a huge survivability boost

IF you do grab Valerie’s, we scale blur effect for subtle impact for a ton of additional dot damage

Agony of Lost Self chest with +3 main skill is better than +3 blessing phantom sin

Do not stack blur effect unless you got Valerie’s

20B+ DPS

Bought my own UN-ID Wind Breath and hit +3 max channel stacks (just cause i have it doesnt mean you need to rush it)

Bought Dawn Break belt with INT and a decent fixed fervor roll (Important: get a 2 fervor rating roll and NOT a 3)

Blended +1 max channeled stacks on the belt

Finished getting second scepter full T1

Picked up a few more cheap slates with 10% additional damage when both life and mana are sealed

Found a better pair of gloves and crafted on it

Bought a +2 active skill level twilight vestment

Gave both scepters dream affixes (any +max blessing / erosion pen / additional dot % / reap cdr)

Hit the +2 curse corrode on the hekate’s helmet

Slotted a new Inverse Image with -38% leg talent so i can get another +1 max channeled stacks

New hero memory in the first slot with Reap CDR

Bought Mind Control Concentrate support (buy what you can afford)
