8k Legion Guide Stage 1 (Legion 0 900)
▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂
Note: Make sure to check out the “Side Stage” if you’re starting out. ▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂ At that stage of the game, leveling is very slow and I'm here to show you how to get to 900 Legion as fast as possible.
Recommended Order of Character: Aran -> Demon Avenger -> Kanna -> Hoyoung -> Thunder Breaker/Wind Archer -> Evan -> Phantom -> Mercedes -> Lara -> Illium -> Ark -> Beast Tamer -> Pathfinder -> Bowmaster -> Marksman. Note: If Beast Tamer is not up for creation then you should skip to the next character. Note: You want to make a Thunder Breaker or a Wind Archer as one of the first characters because of the Cygnus Knights buff. ▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂ Training Maps 10-20 = Golem's Temple 4 | Golem's Temple 3 | Hedgehog Prickleyard 2 20-30 = Gold Beach Seaside 3 | Waste Treatment Plant 1 | Waste Treatment Plant 3 | Green Tree 30-45 = Ellinel Fairy Academy + Gold Beach + Riena Strait (Quests) | Mr. Hazard’s Lair 1 | Mr. Hazard’s Lair 3 45-55 = Wild Boar Land | Ash-Covered Land | Dangerous Croco | The Swamp of Despair | Line 2 Area 2 | Line 2 Area 3 55-60 = Quest Rocky Mountain Hunter | Quests from the Burnt Land | Map Wild Boar Land 60-70 = Silent Swamp | Cave Cliff | Military Camp 1 | Military Camp 3 ▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂ Leveling Speed Fast = Aran, Demon Avenger, Kanna, Hoyoung, Ark, Beast Tamer, Lara. Medium = Thunder Breaker, Wind Archer, Evan, Pathfinder, Illium. Slow = Bowmaster, Phantom, Mercedes, Marksman. ▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂ Note: You want to make your first 14/15 characters up to level 70 for the level 1 link skill since the level 2 one takes longer. If you'll start working right away on your second level link skill it will take much longer and the rest of your characters will be weaker compared to getting the first 12 level 1 link skills.
8k Legion Guide Stage 2 (Legion 900 1.5k)
▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂
Note: Make sure you got all of the characters from Stage 1 since they're the best choice for the beginning. Note: At that point, you want to get the characters from the last stage to 120 as quickly as possible in order to farm Legion coins. ▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂ At that stage of the game, leveling is a bit quicker since you got all of the best link skills for leveling including the Cygnus Knights buff.
Recommended Order of Character: Aran -> Demon Avenger -> Evan -> Zero -> Lara -> Illium -> Kanna -> Ark -> Beast Tamer -> Mercedes -> Phantom -> Hoyoung -> Thunder Breaker/Wind Archer -> Pathfinder -> Bowmaster -> Marksman. Note: If you don't have Beast Tamer then go on to the next character. ▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂ Training Maps 70-80 = Stairway to the Sky I | Ice Valley II | Garden of Darkness II | Garden of Darkness I 80-90 = Tent of the Entertainers | Dry Desert | The Scorching Desert | Sahel 2 | The Desert of Serenity 90-100 = Lab Area C-1 | Lab Area C-3 | Lab Area A-1 | Mossy Tree Forest Entrance | Southern Region of Mossy Tree Forest 1 | Western Region of Mossy Tree Forest 2 100-110 = Boss Zakum | West Leafre Forest | Sky Nest II 110-120 = Toy Factory
8k Legion Guide Stage 3 (Legion 1.5k 3.5k)
▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂
Note: Make sure to get all of the characters from the last stage to level 140 by doing Zakum and Monster Park. ▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂ Now you want to focus on characters that will benefit your Legion grid. That is the simplest stage in the game since you got everything needed for the 3rd stage. At that point of the game, you probably have in mind what kind of character you want to main and so you want to choose from the "Recommended Order" what's the main stat of your future/existent main use.
Recommended Order of Character: Hayato -> Wild Hunter -> Shade -> Night Lord -> Mechanic -> Xenon After you're done with those characters choose one of the next ones based on the main stat that your main uses. STR: Adele -> Thunder Breaker -> Buccaneer -> Kaiser -> Cannoneer -> Paladin -> Hero DEX: Angelic Buster -> Wind Archer INT: Bishop -> Luminous -> Kinesis -> Magician (Ice, Lightning) -> Blaze Wizard -> Battle Mage LUK: Khali -> Cadena -> Shadower -> Dual Blade -> Night Walker HP: Kaiser -> Dark Knight -> Dawn Warrior -> Mihile ▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂ Training Maps 120-130 = Unbalanced Time | Black Mountain Entrance | Wanted Quests in "Korean Folk Town" 130-140 = Wanted Quests in "Korean Folk Town" | Goblin House | Red-Nose Pirate Den 2 | Entrance to Sky Forest | Keeper’s Path 3 | Keeper’s Path 5 ▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂ Leveling Speed Fast = Adele, Thunder Breaker, Wind Archer, Bishop, Cadena, Luminous, Magician (Ice, Lightning), Buccaneer, Khali. Medium = Angelic Buster, Kinesis, Blaze Wizard, Shadower, Kaiser, Wild Hunter, Hayato, Xenon, Cannoneer, Hero. Slow = Paladin, Battle Mage, Dual Blade, Night Walker, Night Lord, Mechanic, Shade
8k Legion Guide Stage 4 (Legion 3k-6k)
▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂
Note: If you got one of the characters from the "Recommended Order" then skip to the next one. ▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂ Now you want to focus on bossing Link Skills and bossing Legion characters.
Recommended Order of Character: Demon Slayer -> Blaster -> Luminous -> Bishop -> Magician (Ice, Lightning) -> Magician (Fire, Poison) -> Kain -> Battle Mage -> Shadower -> Dual Blade -> Cadena -> Angelic Buster -> Kinesis -> Corsair -> Thunder Breaker -> Wind Archer -> Blaze Wizard -> Dawn Warrior -> Night Walker -> Adele ▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂ Leveling Speed Fast = Adele, Demon Slayer, Blaster, Luminous, Bishop, Kain, Cadena, Thunder Breaker, Wind Archer, Magician (Ice, Lightning). Medium = Blaze Wizard, Shadower, Angelic Buster, Kinesis, Corsair, Magician (Fire, Poison). Slow = Dawn Warrior, Night Walker, Battle Mage, Dual Blade. ▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂ Note: That stage is the fastest in the game since you got all of the leveling link skills and legion characters. Note: The legion counts only the 42 highest characters that you got in your world so if you still don't have 42 characters even after you're done with all of the "Recommended Order" then start making and leveling characters based on your secondary stat.
8k Legion Guide Stage 5 (Legion 5.5k-7k)
▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂
Note: Make sure to add points to Bonus EXP in your Hyper stat tab while leveling. ▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂ At that point and on I won't put a "Recommended Order" since at that stage you probably already know what you want to focus on and that stage is pretty much leveling up all of the characters that you already have to 175. ▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂ Training Maps 140-150 = B1 Electronics Store <1> | B1 Electronics Store <3> | 7th & 8th Floor Area B | 7th & 8th Floor Area D 150-160 = 2F Cafe <4> | 3F Arts & Entertainment Shops <4> | Colossus West Road 2 160-175 = 5F Cosmetics Shops <4> | Corridor 202 | Corridor 203 | Boswell Field III ▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂ Gear You want 80 star force in total. Remember the Ellinel Fairy Academy + Gold Beach + Riena Strait quests? From those quests, you're getting free gear that doesn't cost much to upgrade and each one gives 5 star force. The rest of the star force you are going to get from the gear that you've been collecting over the time that you've been grinding on your mules. You can get a ring and a shoulder from a quest that is called “Have you learned about Bonus Stats?” in the “Available quests”.
This is what your character should look like at that stage. (Make sure to star force all of your equipment). Important Note: Once you're done with a character, start doing Horntail Zakum and Easy Magnus in order to get good equipment for the next stage (You'll need +100 star force). Note: Make sure to keep all of the Pensalir gear that you're getting from that stage. You'll need it for the next stage. Note: You will get 25 star force from a guild that is level 5 and above.
8k Legion Guide Stage 6 (Legion 7k-8k)
▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂
Note: That stage of the game consumes a lot of Mesos so be prepared ahead with Mesos on the side. Note: Make sure to add points into your Hyper stat. You want to maximize Bonus EXP -> Critical Damage -> Damage. ▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂ Training Maps 175-185 = Corridor H01 | Forest of Laments 2 | Forest of Sorrows 2 | Darkness Forest 2 185-190 = Dingy Brawl 'n' Bash Club 3 | Darkness Forest 2 | Foul Glooger Habitat 2 190-199 = Fox Tree Top Path | Fox Tree Top Path 2 | Fox Tree Lower Path 3 | Forsaken Excavation Site 2 | Desolate Hills 199-200 = A New Home (Quest) 200-205 = Weathered Land of Rage | Fire Zone | Western Cave Path 2 | Below the Cave 205-210 = Surface Train 3 | Surface Train 1 | Hidden Research Train | T-Boy's Research Train 1 ▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂ Gear
- You want +100 stars in total however I recommend getting 140 or more Star Force for Corridor H01 and for the damage that you'll be getting out of that since the health points of the monsters at that stage is very high.
- You want 3% or more of your main stat on every potential that your equipment has. You want your Weapon Secondary and Emblem to be epic with 6% Attack/Magic Attack. You can use Master Craftsman's Cubes to get it to epic and from there you can cube with Occult cubes (You can transfer potentials by using the transfer hammer). (Not Necessary)
- You want to get all of your Pensalir + Horntail + Magnus (If you got the shoulder) to 10/11 stars in order to get the 140 star force. I would recommend waiting until +2 Stars Sunny Sundays. (Not Necessary)
- You want to get your Inner ability to epic with % damage to Normal Monster. (Not Necessary)
This is what your character should look like at that stage.
8k Legion Guide Side Stage (Not Necessary)
▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂
This stage is Not Necessary but it will help a lot when you're building your legion.
What kind of Link Skills/Legion Buffs do I want to use? You want to use mainly on what your character is lacking the most (Critical Rate, Damage, Buff Duration, Critical Damage, Attack, Main Stat), however, you mostly want to prioritize Bonus EXP.
What kind of Buffs and Potions should I use and when? From stages 1 to 6 you want the Cider Buff and the Ginger Ale Potion which can be brought from Doran at Showa Street Market. You also want to use Monster Park potions.
- At stage 2 you want to use an EXP coupon when you're doing Zakum with a character you're getting to 120.
- From Stage 5 and above you want to start using EXP Accumulation Potions and EXP coupons from the legion/event shop while you're leveling a character.
- There's MVP buff / Mu Gong-Certified and Bonus EXP Coupon (They do not stack) MVP buff / Mu Gong-Certified - atmosphere EXP buff that stacks with other EXP buffs. Bonus EXP Coupon - It’s a self-buff obtained from Bosses whose level is +210.
What should I Hyper/Tera/Mega Burn? You want to Tera/Mega Burn, usually characters that you don't like/have. I recommend Tera Burn = Evan -> Mercedes -> Mechanic -> Phantom. Hyper/Tera Burn is great in order to build your main if you just started.
Important Make sure that the moment you get a mule to level +33 then teleport to Ardentmill and learn all of the professionals. You want to collect Flowers and Stones when you're grinding in order to get materials for EXP Accumulation Potions for your mules/main to make the process of leveling faster. The materials that you get on your way have many more uses for example Damage boost potions/Meso boost Potions/Meister Rings.
