Caveat for Seiun Sky: Her banner is really close to the 2nd CM so make a placeholder
uma for now to create a version 1 of ur racers without the Seiun sky unique then once u
pull for her. You grind again for the 2nd version with the Seiun Sky Unique
Seriru’s method should have the same effect but only for a single spark or a
few
Beginner's Sparks Guide【uma musume/edit26.3h】
! For the loops if you’re running out of patience you can do a scattershot
method (put as many hint cards you can on your deck) Then try to hit as
many white sparks as you can. Then once you’re satisfied do one more
loop at the end where you fix your racing career on all the loops so the
compatibility when you make your GP is at its peak.
The Essential skills are in the early loops the rest are mostly for discounts
so I (or you if you decide to follow) can fit more skills to the Uma so plan
out the grind what’s best for you.
I plan on looping so I can bring a lot of skill white sparks from different
cards while also getting a higher chance on race sparks and URA
Why 5 uma loop instead of 4? So the inheritance chance won’t be diluted
by Same GP as the trainee since you’ll be relying heavily on white sparks
to continue the gene (read Crazyfellow's Parenting & Gene guide Bonus

You can fit as many as you can so white spark farming for discounts can also help you fit in more skills. Then you’ll build your GoldShip to be as consistent as possible on “normal” lobbies.

To counter this you’ll spam speed skills with Oguri Cap if in the case there’s no Urara in the lobby since you’ve built Oguri Cap to have a strong midleg it’ll naturally counter Daiwa Gamblers and possibly win if the endclosers didn’t proc their Gold Recoveries. Since it’s well known that end closer is the strongest position for this champion’s meeting it’s highly valuable to get both of these debuffs to cripple them in order to fail the gruesome stat check of the 3200m track
You’ll build GoldShip and Narita Taishin essentially the same so you’ll build them with atleast the same GGGP and GGP (Narita Taishin got bad compatibility with most umas)
In essence your team comp will look like this, GoldShip being your Consistent Uma while Narita Taishin being your Highroll Uma, and OguriCap as your winner for Urara lobbies and if it’s not an urara lobby it’ll counter Daiwa Gamblers and Oguri Cap can also be your insurance if all End Closers failed their wit checks on gold recoveries or it proceed at a bad place.
! Caveat on Narita Taishin’s Parents and Parent loop since Narita Taishin
has a very bad compatibility with most of the Uma cast available right now
it’s very hard to make a very clean parent plan with a clean loop just like the
one in GoldShip’s. Optimizing Narita Taishin’s Parent Plan will require not
doing loops so to save time we’ll just tank the compatibility on the GGP and
GP line in order for the compatibility in P and GP line to be good on Narita
Taishin.
Additional for Narita Taishin you can play with the idea of giving her Unruffled as a 3rd Gold Recovery (Haven’t personally tested yet on it’s potency but theoretically you can proc this being that this Champion’s Meeting is an End Closer Fiesta)

Twin Tails Comp Meta Analysis
Pretty good odds especially all Daiwa’s Gold Recovery Skills are more consistent than Cooldown and Breath of Fresh Air. Smart Falcon will have a more abysmal winrate against the taishin shown as an example but she can get a few games if every unlucky event happens to the endcloser opponents (If you zoom in on the graph below she actually takes 3 games from the taishin according to the Umalator)
You’ll want your Daiwa/Smart Falcon Unique to proc on ~2000m. Even if it procs 1850m you’re still happy. The way to do that consistently is to take Corner skills. Since it’s still on its URA state the behavior for the corner skills is it’ll only proc on a certain corner it’ll proc on the 3rd corner of the track (as shown in the picture below)
So for this strategy your main winner here is Daiwa Scarlet. You'd want to build her to make an overtake around the 1850m-2000m mark. Since unlike Smart Falcon where her unique only procs on a straight you’ll want to build your front runner (Smart Falcon) to slightly fight the corner speedup by Daiwa and hopefully through good target Speed rolls and the difference in strategy modifier Daiwa will catch up around the sweet spot. THE IDEAL LOBBY
Your Smart Falcon being the Solo Front Runner Daiwa Scarlet as the Solo Pace
Chaser.
(Possible since Straightaway Spurt is the premium Acceleration for this CM)
If the lobby has 2 front runners it’s slightly ok since 2 front runners will actually help your
daiwa to not take 1st way too early. (It’ll still be harder to overtake but Umalator shows
that pace daiwa can still win without the speed carryover of Daiwa’s Resplendent Red
Ace In essence Daiwa’s unique became your straightaway spurt at that situation)
NOT IDEAL LOBBY
There are enemy Pace Chasers. There’s 2 ways you can deal with this
1. Give Daiwa Scarlet the Groundwork combo Guaranteed 1st in the pace chaser
pack (Can lose it if enemy has midleg skills to proc overtake mode)
2. Give Daiwa Scarlet trigger skills (Slipstream, ramp up, Playtime’s over) so she’ll
be the one doing the overtaking if she ever loses the acceleration battle at the
start. The only downside for this is you’ll lose Slipstream for the Smart Falcon
Overtake.
I’ll recommend doing method 2 since skills like slipstream and ramp up are still usable in
the ideal lobby scenario.
This team comp is gonna be a skill point hungry comp so you’ll white spark farm hard so
you can get those discounts.
